32 Year old Leonard is a Visayan from Pagadian City. He can speak Ilocano and Cebuano. He is inspired by his friend Randel and by Juan Luna. he is into finger painting and his style is abstract. Leonardo is anItawis form Tuguegarao City. He can speak Itawis, English and Tagalog. He has been doing his art works since he was in grade 6 and influenced by his cousin. His favorite artists are Leonardo Da Vinci and Fernando Amorsolo .He is using oil pastel and water color for his arts. He is also doing some cross stitching and etching. He wants to create a painting which is different from the others that can be seen in different parts of the world. His favorite subjects are the farmers and the fishermen, to give respect to them in their hard works.

Leonesa is a B'laan from Lamlifew, Datal, Tampal, Malugon, Sarrangani Province. She is 25 year old and she can speak B'laan, Visayan and Tagalog. She has been doing artworks for about 16 years now. She inherent her talent from her ancestors and trained her self to a new design from the Lamlifew Tribal Association in their community. She wants to be a role model in their community and teach the young ones to embrace their culture.

Leonil D. Miñoza
19 years old Leonil is from Subanen community. He started creating artworks since he was 7. He had to stop studying so he can give way to her sister who was graduating in collage. He was inspired by artists Fernando Amorsolo, influenced by his father who is a graphic artists. Acrylic on canvas, Acrylic on poster board and illustration are his preferred medium. He uses hand and brush in doing his paintings, and Landscape is his style. He wanted to be able to recognize as an artist to establish a name and to earn for his family. He was dis appointed in saying that there is no money in being an artist, in this he is not convince or he want to disapprove, even if he has to give up other things just to prove or to preserve his being an artist, so that he will continue to develop his skills.

An Ati from Nagpana, Barangay Lipata, Barotac Viejo, Leonry is a 13 year old and a 3rd year highschool student who wants to follow the footsteps of his painting teacher,Lucell Larawan , he also wants to teach people in his community how to pain , he believes that painting is a learning process so he intends to enhance his skills by attending more exhibits and to practise more. He enjoyed and was overjoyed when he joined the workshop and KAF exhibition in Iloilo City.

Levie is 15 year old from Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte and have been interest or creating art. For almost 7 years now, most of the works are drawings, but did not realize the difference there is in pencils. So I bought books and am trying to become a budding artist. The ability to convey feelings through my work is important to me, for I feel we are surrounded by so much superficiality in our daily lives.

Lida Tuhitum is a 26 years old female artist. She is from Lake Sebu and speaks 3 dialects Tiboli, Ilongo and Bisaya. Lida has been doing art since 5 years. Lida was influenced by her elders and mother making the Bosok(is a thread made out of a plant.) Other art works that Lida is doing are accesories like necklaces and baraclets. Lida wants to enhance her work skill so that she can be a better artist.

Lilia is 64 years old from Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. She is a church worker and a retired teacher. She can speak English, Tagalog and Bisaya. She has been doing her painting for about a year now. She was influenced by her family especially her sister Ivabelle Bernabe who is now in Australia. She uses Acrylic as medium. She also does fabric painting.

Lilia 40 is a B'laan from Lamlifew, Datal, Tampal, Malugon, Sarrangani Province , makers of traditional cloth in their tribe ( B'laan). She's been doing her artworks for 5 years now. She develops her skills though seminars organized by their governor. Now she is doing her craft to earn an income. She weaves their tribal cloth called Tabih using abaca fiber and dye. The designs on the cloth are patterned after crocodile skin.

Lilibeth Bacharpa
Lilibeth speaks Bisaya, Tagalog and English. From Davao City she is 22 years of age and been doing art since elementary school. She started as an artist when her family influenced her. She likes to experiment with styles and in color of almost anything that can be converted into art. She also does cloth painting and t- shirt painting. He hopes one day to become a well know artist. She knew her passion since she was a little girl the only problem is their family is financially incapable but somehow the circumstances motivate her to learn more about visual art. According to her she believes that to be a visual artist is to see the beauty and details of life. She wants to share the following: Through paintings we see. It is like a bridge that has a communication with each individual to share, love, equality, beauty and peace to each individual.

Lilibeth is from B'laan tribe of Lamlifew in Sarangani province. she can spoke B'laan, Bisayan and Tagalog. She's been practicing art for a year now. she was influenced by their elders to be able to preserve their culture. she uses abacca fiber and some indigenous materials to weave the textile called Tabih. The tabih is their symbol to be known as B'laan.

Linda is 59 years old a T'boli from Lambanig Poblacion Lake Sebu, South Cotobato. She started doing weaving when she was 13 years old , she was trained by her mother who is a dream weaver, weaving is their main source of income , It helps to send her kids to school, she like to do traditional and contemporary art. She wants to impart her skills to her family especially to her kids to preserve the culture and tradition. She feels great and happy when someone buys her product because the buyers recognize her talent.

Linda Bringas
Linda is a Tingguian from Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte. She is a 58 year old basket weaver, although she only weaves in her leisure time as she is also an employee. She proudly declares that she has been into 48 years practicing the art of weaving which she learned from relatives at the age of 10. She was motivated to start weaving because at an early age she recognized it as a source of income. It was the source of her allowance when she was still studying. she sold the products she made before going to school or during weekends. She wishes to create souvenir items made out of the indigenous materials available and display them at their ecopark. She feels it is necessary for them weavers to improve on their skills and design as their products are a real source of income.

Linda is a B'laan from Lamlifew, Datal, Tampal, malugon, Sarrangani Province. She is 64 years old and a weaver. She has been a weaver for about 18 years now. Most of her works are sold to the organization. (Tribal women Association Inc). Her medium are bamboo, nito, naf and abaca. She wish to be famous so she can meet allot of buyers.

Linda is 67 years old a Tagbanua from Aborlan Province of Palawan. She started doing weaving at the age of 15 and she was trained by her Mother and Grand Mother. She uses Barasan leaves found in the forest. She also makes her own designs. Weaving is also her source of living.

Lino F. Velchez Jr.
19 year old Lino is from Mindanao and has been practicing art since grade school. He also participated in various contest. His teacher and his brother are the ones who motivated him. Leonardo Da Vinci is his favorite artists. Pastel, colored pencil and water color and textile print are his medium for art, while surrealism as his style. He wants to be a historical painter, and to create an extraordinary artwork like fantasy. Most of his artworks or painting is referring to our present political situation. Because of my concern to the society and I would like to express my feeling thru my paintings.
